About Ford Piquette Avenue Plant
The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is a U.S. National Historic Landmark and the birthplace of the Model T. This nonprofit museum preserves and interprets Detroit’s automotive heritage and spirit of innovation. Visitors can explore exhibits, original artifacts, and over 65 rare vehicles, including early Ford "letter" cars and models from competitors. The museum offers daily guided tours or self-paced exploration of early Motor City history.
