About Family Farmyard
The Family Farmyard offers an educational and hands-on venue to experience farm life in Maine. Visitors can see year-round residents such as laying hens, goats, sheep, Shetland ponies, rabbits, and peafowl in the Education and Chicken Barns. Seasonal animals like alpaca and pigs join the farm, which also features gardens and an outdoor play area. The Sugar House is in production during February and March, and a seasonal corn maze is available for self-guided tours.
