About Jones House
The Jones House is the oldest remaining brick home in Pontiac, IL, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This unique pre-Civil War house, built in 1857, features a Gothic Revival style with a steep roof, gables, and pointed second-story windows. It was saved from demolition after a 1975 fire and later acquired and restored by the Livingston County Historical Society. Visitors can explore this historic home.
