About Discovery Depot Children's Museum
Discovery Depot Children's Museum provides an engaging atmosphere for children and families to explore and learn. Since 1996, it has promoted literacy, science, engineering, technology, mathematics, fine arts, and cultural education through hands-on learning. Visitors can explore exhibits including a large scale Ferris Wheel, Ferris Acres combine, farm, and Ferris Junction Village. The museum also features Blick Art Studio, WAVES, an air power exhibit, the OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois Science Classroom, a real caboose, and Kids Crossing enclosed playground.
