Three Elms Golf Course is a public, privately owned nine hole golf course in Independence, Iowa. Construction of the course began in 1997 and it was built by the Larson family. Visitors can participate in various golf tournaments, a two-person best-shot league on Monday nights, and a two-man best-shot league on Thursday nights. An informal scramble for men is also available on Thursdays during the day.
