About Wharf Boathouse
The Wharf Boathouse is one of seven Capital Collection boathouses along the Potomac and Anacostia rivers. Visitors can rent single and double kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards, with single kayaks and paddleboards for one person, and double kayaks and canoes for two adults. The boathouse also hosts beginner-friendly orientation classes for kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Capital Collection boathouses are staffed by experienced instructors.
