About Middlebury Historical Society
The Middlebury Connecticut Historical Society Museum, Archives and Research Center is located near the Middlebury Green. Housed in a building on the National Register of Historic Places, it was originally an 1897 two-room schoolhouse and later the public library. Since 1975, it has served as the home for the historical society, offering visitors access to local history.
