About FV - Canaan Historical Society
The Falls Village - Canaan Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the architectural heritage of Canaan and North Canaan. It maintains the Beebe Hill Schoolhouse in Falls Village, which is open for tours. The Society also owns the New Haven caboose, a landmark in downtown Falls Village. It collects and preserves various artifacts, including old records, photographs, textiles, tools, and railroad artifacts.
