About Homelake Veterans' History Museum
Homelake Veterans' History Museum is located in Monte Vista, Colorado, on the campus of the former Colorado Soldiers' and Sailors' Home. Established in 1889, the home has housed over 3,000 veterans. The museum displays artifacts and memorabilia of Homelake residents and San Luis Valley veterans. It is currently situated in the old Dining Hall.
