About Orange County Zoo
The OC Zoo is located within Irvine Regional Park in Orange, California, focusing on animals and plants native to the southwestern United States. Many of its animals are injured, orphaned, or not releasable into the wild. Visitors can see black bears, mountain lions, bald eagles, and a barnyard with domestic goats and sheep, along with a Childrens Zoo, Interpretive Programs Center, Storytime Area, and an audio tour providing animal information.
