Overview

About USS Potomac

Originally built in 1934, it was FDR's Presidential Yacht from 1936 until his death in 1945, hosting strategy sessions and family gatherings. Visitors can take dockside tours or public cruises on the San Francisco Bay. The Visitor Center provides a video, storyboards, and a library detailing the yacht's history.
