About Sarah A. Mooney Memorial Museum
The Sarah A. Mooney Memorial Museum is housed in a Victorian home built in 1893 that preserves the history of the Mooney family and early Lemoore. The museum includes exhibits in the historic house and the adjacent Carriage House, which originally housed a horse-drawn hearse and funeral memorabilia from the family's funeral directing business.
