About Anderson Valley History Museum
The Anderson Valley History Museum showcases the lives of early settlers, the region's farming, ranching, and fruit-growing heritage dating back to the 1880s, and Native American culture. It features photos, records, furniture, clothing, and daily life items donated by local families. The museum also provides information about Boontling, the local language. Its centerpiece is the one-room schoolhouse, built in 1891 as the Con Creek Schoolhouse, which served children until 1979.
